My aim through my consultancy is to deliver thought-provoking, honest, and empowering information through an intersectional and human rights framework. I provide hands and interactive facilitation model. I leave my clients empowered to take action and be change-makers. My services encourage individuals and organizations to turn their attention inward to reflect on their potential to transform themselves and their communities. We address and question the uncritical acceptance of stereotypes and the role of privilege and their impact when interacting with people who are culturally diverse. Seeing through clear eyes and uncovering and tackling implicit bias and discrimination is the key to effect change within communities and workplace cultures.
